Our Policy
14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period for all our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your product you may request a return of your unused product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition (e.g., no writing, damage, or wear).
- In its original packaging, including any protective covers or inserts.
Please note that personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The refund will cover the cost of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@spokenkind with your order number and reason for the return. You will be required to pay for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll happily provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra charge.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads or e-books (if applicable).
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged or defective).
- Items marked as final sale during promotional periods.
- Items that have been written in, colored, or damaged.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order through our Shopify store.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at hello@spokenkind.com.
