Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may occasionally be offered as pre-order if we are in the process of replenishing inventory. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel your pre-order. 

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving an item not yet in stock. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining balance when the item ships.

You can cancel an unfulfilled pre-order with a partial payment. Once fulfilled, cancellations aren't allowed, but you may request a full or partial refund under our refund policy: Refund policy – Spoken Kind
