Shipping policy
At Spoken Kind, we want your shopping experience to reflect the same warmth and care that went into designing our products. Our shipping policy is in place to ensure your order arrives smoothly.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are lovingly prepared within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) to keep you updated on your package’s journey.
Shipping Rates & Options
- Shipping rates will be provided at check-out.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
- If your country isn’t listed, please contact us at support@spokenkind.com hello@spokenkind.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (for tracked shipping methods). Use this to monitor your package’s progress.
- For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the U.S. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- U.S. Orders: If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at hello@spokenkind.com, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
- International Orders: Due to varying customs processes, please allow up to 30 days before reporting a delay. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
- If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, per your preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Our goal is to deliver your order in perfect condition to inspire your inner light. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@spokenkind.com with photos and your order number.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible to ensure your experience remains joyful.
Returns & Cancellations
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello@spokenkind.com. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
- Returns: We accept returns for unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please email us to initiate a return and receive instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
